Non-quality-related returns are not accepted for custom products.
Quality issues
2-year warranty. Quality issues are handled case by case.
Please contact us within 24 hours after discovering a quality issue. This is not a 24-hour warranty or a deadline measured from delivery.

Sample fee
Sample fees are quoted per project, with a minimum of USD 200. The final sample fee depends on project requirements.
The sample fee is refundable when cumulative order quantity within the same project reaches 500 pcs.
Details pending review
Cancellation stages, supporting evidence, return authorization, return shipping costs, refund processing time and the scope of cumulative sample-fee refund eligibility require confirmation. No unconditional refund is promised.
